All defined terms used below shall have the meanings set forth in our Terms of Service.
Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be cancelled, and you may need to wait until you receive the merchandise in order to return it.
Once an item of merchandise is delivered to you, you can return that item within given days of delivery mentioned in Annexure ‘A’. To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging. Our return policy does not apply to the following goods: [discounted or sale items, gift cards, personalized items, perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, intimate apparel, sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases, large and kitchen appliances, custom measured manufactured items] [include any that are applicable]. These items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] or go to your order page on the website/application. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your return. Once you have generated a return request, we will arrange a pickup for the merchandise to be returned.
You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned item along with a fee of 10% of the order value, which will be deducted at the refund, in case the returned merchandise has not been received complying to our policy. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any return shipping charged at the time of order will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds and Exchanges
After we have received your valid return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.
If your return is accepted by Us, we will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a non-transferable merchandise credit, a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item, a check, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances.
If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.

· In most cases, you will be requested to carry the phone to the nearest brand-authorised service centre to fix the issues covered in warranty at no cost.
· In case, brand-authorised service centre is not available in your locality, a pickup will be generated to send the phone to the nearest brand-authorised service centre. You are requested to return the phone in the original condition with the brand’s box and all the accessories like charger, headphone, manual, etc. to avoid pickup cancellation. You will receive the phone as per brand’s service policy.
· In any case, DOA has been generated by the brand-authorised service centre for the phone, you are requested to inform us about the same, so that we can arrange a pickup and replacement for you.

· If you report an issue with your Television, we may schedule a technician visit to your location. On the basis of the technician’s evaluation report, we’ll provide a resolution.
· Return the TV in the original condition in brand box and all the accessories Product like TV remote etc. to avoid pickup cancellation. We will not process a replacement if the pickup is cancelled owing to missing/damaged contents.
|Clothing and Accessories|

· Lingerie, innerwear and apparels labelled as non-returnable are not eligible for returns/refunds.
· Return the clothing in the original condition with the MRP and brand tag attached to the clothing to avoid pickup cancellation. We will not process a replacement or refund if the pickup is cancelled owing to missing MRP tag.
|Fashion/Imitation Jewellery, Eyewear and Watches||15 Days; Replacement/Refund
· Return the watch / eyewear in the original condition in brand box / pouch to avoid pickup cancellation. We will not process a replacement if the pickup is cancelled owing to missing/damaged contents.
|Shoes||10 Days; Replacement/Refund
· Return the Shoes in the original condition with the brand box to avoid pickup cancellation. We will not process a refund if the pickup is cancelled owing to missing MRP tag.
|Luggage and Handbags|

· Any luggage items with locks must be returned unlocked.
· Return the product in the original condition in brand box with MRP tag intact. We will not process a replacement/refund if the pickup is cancelled owing to missing/damaged contents or missing price tag.
Items nowhere else mentioned other than Annexure ‘A’ of FreeFugga Return policy are out of bounds of returns. Please check the items eligible for return before purchase.
