We ship through a number of delivery partners like Delhivery, Xpressbees, DTDC, India Post, Gati, etc. to ensure timely delivery of the products to you.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We are sorry, but we do not accept any sellers and order who require/wish to sell/ship internationally at the moment.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Through the best courier partners, we ensure timely delivery of around 6-7 days countrywide after shipping.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept a number of payment methods like Cash on Delivery and multiple debit cards, credit cards, net banking options, multiple mobile wallets, PayTM, EMI, etc. through secure CCAvenue servers.

How do I place an Order?

To order a product, simply go to the detail page of the product you like and press 'Buy Now' or 'Add to Cart' button. Then carry out the checkout process and pay using your preferred payment mode. Your order will be received by us and we will try our best to dispatch it to you as soon as possible.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

You cannot change your order once it is placed. However, in case you do not require the product anymore and it haven't reached you, you can cancel it by going to My Account > Order. Look for the order you want to cancel and then click the 'Cancel' button in front of it. We will try our best to cancel the product delivery but it is dependent on the delivery partner to honour the cancellation request. In case the items gets to your door, please do not accept and return it. We will process the refund for prepaid orders only after we have received the cancellation or RTO confirmation from the delivery partner.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes, you do need an account to place an order. However, you can create the same during the checkout process to speed up your purchases without wasting time on long procedures of account creation.

How Do I Track My Order?

If you are logged in, you can simply go to My Account > Orders page and select the order number you want to track. The order detail page will show you all the information you wish to access. Either way, you can also go to Track Your Order page on the top of the website and enter the respective data asked for to track the order details.

How Can I Return a Product?

To return a product, you must check if the vendor allows the returns. If they do, you can simply go to My Account > Orders page and select the order you want to return. Then click on the 'Refund' button by its side and follow the procedure. If in case, the item is defective and vendors does not allow the return of the product, you can contact us directly and we will help you out further.
